How do you ship orders?
We ship larger orders via freight truck, offering our customers the option of appointment deliveries and a lift gate if they don't have a dock. UPS is our carrier for smaller orders. We can not ship to PO Box addresses.

How fast do you deliver?
We are able to process orders in under 2 business days, so you can receive most orders within a week. Transit times can vary by distance, weather, holiday surges, etc. In 4th quarter, we recommend getting your order in early if you have a required delivery date. We always work with customers to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.
Where do you ship?
We are currently serving US based customers - including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. An additional surcharge will apply for the non-contiguous US. We can also ship to ports of export for international orders, but do not currently fully process international shipments.
Additional freight shipment options/prices:
Residential Delivery
Residential Delivery is selected by default if your ship-to address as a residence or if the carrier determined your location is residential. There is no additional charge.
Liftgate Service
Let your account manager know that you want Liftgate Service if you need your shipment unloaded off the truck. This is recommended for residential addresses and businesses without a loading dock. There is no additional charge.
Inside Delivery
Let your account manager know that you want Inside Delivery if you need your shipment unloaded off the truck and delivered through any first door or out of the weather. This includes garages, storage facilities, inside buildings, etc. Extra charges for this service vary by carrier and will be added to your invoice.
Delivery Appointment
If you are receiving a freight shipment, you may request a Delivery Appointment if you need to choose the date and time of delivery. This generally delays delivery by one day. There is no additional charge.
Delivery Appointments are not available for packages shipped via UPS. You can manage that delivery by using your tracking number and creating an account on UPS.com.
