Do I need an account to shop on your website?
You will need to register for a FREE account to place orders with HDI. We quickly approve accounts for non-profit organizations and retailers with brick-and-mortar stores. Click here to get started.

Is there a membership fee to shop wholesale?
A wholesale account is FREE. Just register here!

Can I purchase from you for private use?
We are not open to the public and only sell in case pack quantities. We primarily serve non-profit organizations. We will ask for the website of your organization and for your tax exemption certificate once your account is approved.

How do I make a change to my account information?
Your dedicated Account Manager will be happy to assist you with any updates to the primary contact, address, or any other change you need to make. If you don't have their contact information, start by reaching out to CustomerService@HDIwholesale.com or calling us at 800-284-5449.

How do I place my order?
The most convenient way to place an order is right here on our website. Simply login, add items to your cart, and check out with the payment terms assigned to your wholesale account.
Prefer to order by phone? Your dedicated Account Manager is available to assist you Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. Get started at 800-284-5449.

Who is my Account Manager?
We have five Account Managers who work full-time in our office in Jackson, Wisconsin. If you are unsure of your Account Manager's name or contact information, call 800-284-5449 or email CustomerService@HDIwholesale.com to be put in touch right away!

Can I get a customized quote?
Absolutely! We are happy to quote special projects like stuffed backpacks, hygiene kits, foster child packs, and toy drive needs. Contact your Account Manager today at 800-284-5449.

Do you offer additional discounts off of wholesale prices?
Our low, wholesale prices are offered to all customers who qualify for an account with us. You will save 30-60% over shopping at retail stores!
We work with many national non-profit organizations. These relationships sometimes result in additional discounts for members within those organizations.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns with approval. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping

How will my order ship?
We ship most orders via freight truck, offering our customers the option of appointment deliveries and a lift gate if they do not have a dock. UPS is our carrier for smaller orders.

How fast will my order deliver?
We pick and pack most orders within two days, so you can receive them within a week. Our central location in Jackson, Wisconsin allows us to reach almost anywhere by truck in 3-4 days.
During the 4th quarter, our processing time can be slightly longer. We ask that you submit your order early if you have a required delivery date in December.
We always work with customers to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.

Will you ship outside of the US?
We are currently serving US based customers - including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. An additional surcharge will apply for the non-contiguous US.
We can ship to ports of export for international orders, but do not currently fully process international shipments.

What is your damage policy?
With proper documentation, we can, of course, replace any damaged products.
If merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect the cases when they are delivered and note damages when you sign for the shipment, then notify your Account Manager within the same day, so we can go back to the freight company for reimbursement.
Donations

Will you make a product donation?
While we evaluate each request, we offer low, bulk prices, that stretch donated dollars further, on EVERY purchase. Because of this, we do not have the same capacity for donating products as retail companies and manufacturers. Instead, we save you money each time you shop!

Do you donate or discount old products?
Our product turnover is high, so we seldom have excess product. We occasionally put products on clearance if have discontinued a product line. We do not make donations of expired products.
