Do I need a membership to order from HDI Wholesale?

No membership fee is required, but you'll need to register for a free account to place orders. We quickly approve accounts for non-profit organizations and retailers with brick and mortar stores. Click here to get started: REGISTER

 

Can I purchase from you for private use?

We are not open to the public and only sell in case pack quantities. We primarily serve non-profit organizations and large brick and mortar retailers. To find out if you qualify, please register here: REGISTER

How do I place an order?

The most convenient way to place an order is on our website. You can also place an order by phone at 800-284-5449 with one of our experienced Account Managers.

How do you ship orders?

We ship larger orders via freight truck, offering our customers the option of appointment deliveries and a lift gate if they don't have a dock. UPS is our carrier for smaller orders.

How fast do you deliver?

We are able to process orders in just a day or two, so you can receive most orders within a week. During the busy 4th quarter, our processing time might be longer, so it is best to get your order in early if you have a required delivery date. We always work with customers to ensure you have the products you need, when you need them.

Where do you ship?

We are currently serving US based customers - including Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. An additional surcharge will apply for the non-contiguous US. We can also ship to ports of export for international orders, but do not currently fully process international shipments.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns with approval. Buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

What is your damage policy?

If merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will file a claim with the shipping company. Please inspect the cases when they are delivered and note damages when you sign for the shipment, then notify us so we can go back to the freight company for reimbursement. Will you make a product donation?

We receive donation requests from many organizations. While we evaluate each request, HDI Wholesale offers low, bulk prices that stretch donated dollars further than shopping retail on EVERY purchase. Because of this, we do not have the same capacity for donating product that retail companies have. We save you money each time you shop!

Do you have sales or make donations of outdated product?

Our product turnover is high, so we seldom have excess product. We do not make donations of outdated products.

Do you offer additional discounts?

We work with several national organizations to meet their high volume supply needs at incredibly low prices. If you belong to a National Organization that would benefit from a partnership with us, we would love to be of service.
